Apprenticeship week

Xact (Xact Consultancy and Training) is offering the chance to discover how your organisation can benefit from Fire Safety Apprenticeships to mark National Apprenticeship Week 2023.

Their apprenticeship Manager Rachel Willis is looking forward to addressing your questions in the FREE hour-long virtual session on 2pm, Thursday, February 9 2023.

Rachel talks about our Level 4 Fire Safety Inspector Apprenticeship (see below) which Xact will begin delivering from March 2023, following the organisation’s approval by the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP).

Her involvement with trailblazer groups to review Fire Safety Apprenticeship standards means that she is perfectly placed to offer updates on changes proposed to enable apprenticeships to be suitable across the entire Fire Safety Sector including Fire and Rescue Services.

Rachel says: “It will be great to speak to employers and individuals about our Fire Safety Apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week.

I am sure that they will find the session highly informative and enlightening particularly when they learn how our tailored and flexible apprenticeship programmes support employees and individuals to become competent in their crucial fire safety roles.”

Level 4 Fire Safety Inspector Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is designed to qualify apprentices as fire safety inspectors able to provide advice, technical expertise and enforce fire safety legislation.

Upon completion, apprentices are able to assess fire safety in complex premises and recommend improvements to reduce fire risk.

Our fire safety apprenticeships are a win-win for employers and employees alike: Organisations benefit from a boost to workplace skills and competence levels cost-effectively while employees look forward to enhanced career prospects.
